01 — Choose the questions
Tell us about your business and the customer needs you want to test. You confirm five questions, written the way a customer would ask them.
02 — See the snapshot
We put the same questions to OpenAI, Claude and Gemini with live web search, and show the recommendations we can confidently identify. These are checks through each provider’s developer service; the consumer apps can answer differently.
03 — Investigate further
A paid diagnostic repeats and broadens the checks, reviews supporting evidence and prioritises actions. A person reviews every finding.
04 — Track what changes
Monitoring repeats an agreed set of checks and makes the limits of comparison clear. We report what changed without claiming a cause the evidence cannot establish.
What we count
The rules stay the same at every level, so results can be compared honestly.
- A recommendation is a business in the answer’s list of suggestions, matched confidently to its identity
- A passing mention is recorded separately and never counted as a recommendation
- Rates use completed answers only; a missing answer is never treated as zero
- A name we cannot match with confidence is shown as unverified
